Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the tk884 website, mobile site, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). tk884 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operating in the Bangladesh market. 5. You are only permitted to hold one active account on the Platform at any given time. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of any funds held across all associated accounts.

Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of services available on the tk884 Platform, you are required to register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. During registration you will be required to provide a valid email address, a chosen username, and a secure password, together with accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact information. All registration fields must be completed truthfully.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any third party. tk884 will never ask you for your password by email, phone, or chat. Any activity carried out through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tk884 support immediately.

1. Each player may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any balances accumulated in breach of this rule may be forfeited at tk884's discretion.
2. You must keep your contact details, including your email address and phone number, current and accurate. tk884 will use these details to communicate important account, security, and promotional information.
3. tk884 may, at its sole discretion, decline a registration application or close an existing account without being obliged to state a reason, subject to returning any cleared withdrawable balance to the account holder.
4. Account verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal can be processed. Documents typically requested include a government-issued photo ID and proof of the payment method used for deposits. tk884 will process KYC submissions promptly and notify you of the outcome.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the tk884 Platform. tk884 is committed to processing all player funds promptly and transparently. All monetary amounts on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

1. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. tk884 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment channels at any time with reasonable notice to players.
2. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method. tk884 may, at its discretion, apply enhanced limits to individual accounts based on responsible gaming assessments or fraud risk indicators.
3. Withdrawals will only be paid to the same payment method and account used to make the original deposit, except in cases where tk884 has conducted KYC verification and explicitly approved an alternative method in writing.
4. tk884 does not accept payments from third parties. Any deposit originating from a payment source not belonging to the registered account holder will be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
5. In the event of a technical error or duplicate transaction resulting in a credit to your account that you were not entitled to receive, tk884 reserves the right to reverse or deduct that amount from your account balance at any time, including from future deposits or winnings.

Currency conversion is not supported. All accounts are held in BDT only. Players depositing via international card schemes (Visa, Mastercard) should be aware that their card issuer may apply foreign transaction fees; tk884 is not responsible for any such fees.

Bonuses and Promotions

tk884 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual offer, which will be published at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this section and the specific terms of a particular bonus, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

1. Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. A player may only claim the welcome bonus once. Subsequent deposits are not eligible for the welcome bonus regardless of account status.
2. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated in the specific bonus terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
3. Bonuses expire if the applicable wagering requirements are not met within the time period specified in the bonus terms. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited automatically.
4. tk884 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed, and to amend the terms of ongoing promotions with reasonable notice to affected players. Any bonus claimed in bad faith, through exploitation of a technical error, or in breach of these Terms will be voided.
5. Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid on specified games only. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the same wagering requirements as other bonus types unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tk884 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds, in addition to any legal remedies tk884 may pursue.

1. Cheating, collusion, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players, including but not limited to chip dumping, match fixing, or the use of external software to manipulate game outcomes.
2. Money laundering or any attempt to use the Platform to process the proceeds of crime. tk884 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
3. Accessing or attempting to access the Platform using automated tools, scripts, or bots that simulate player behaviour, scrape odds or data, or place bets without direct human input.
4. Registering more than one account on the Platform, or assisting another individual to circumvent a self-exclusion or account closure by creating or operating an account on their behalf.
5. Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at tk884 staff or other players through any communication channel provided or associated with the Platform.
6. Any attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software, algorithm, or security system forming part of the tk884 Platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the tk884 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of tk884 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The tk884 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of tk884. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any trademark, logo, or proprietary material belonging to tk884 or any third party without prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios. tk884 operates these games under licence and makes no claim to ownership of that content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk884 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if tk884 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. tk884's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tk884 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. tk884 shall not be liable for any service interruptions caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, payment processor outages, natural disasters, government action, or force majeure events.

Responsible Gaming and Age Restriction

tk884 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. The Platform is strictly restricted to adults aged 21 and above. tk884 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling and will immediately close any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21, forfeiting all associated funds. Amendments to These Terms

When material changes are made, tk884 will provide notice to registered players by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose under the previous version of the Terms prior to the amendment taking effect.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the tk884 Platform. tk884 makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. It is each player's responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform is lawful under the laws of their jurisdiction of residence.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably through tk884's internal complaints procedure should be referred to binding arbitration. Players in Bangladesh who wish to escalate a complaint are advised to contact tk884 support in the first instance, setting out the nature of the dispute in writing, and allowing a period of 30 days for tk884 to respond before initiating any further proceedings.
